In full consideration for all services rendered by the Performer at the Performance, the Client agrees to pay the Performer the agreed fee (the "Fee").
Unless paying the full balance up front, the Client will pay to the Performer 50% of the Fee as a booking fee (the "Booking Fee") upon receiving the invoice, or within 24hours of receiving the invoice. The Booking Fee is non-refundable as it 100% secures your event, meaning the Performer may no longer accept other bookings for that time. If the Client fails to provide the Booking Fee by the afore mentioned time, the Performer may cancel this Agreement without further obligation. Without the Booking Fee the date/time is not secured. By paying the Booking Fee you agree to these terms and conditions.

If the Client cancels or postpones any performance without proper notice, fails to make any payment or fails to perform any other condition precedent as required by this Agreement the Client will be in breach of this Agreement and the Performer will have no further obligations under this Agreement. The Client will forfeit any Deposit or balance already paid to the Performer.
